Is your child fascinated with giant flowers and insects?  Containing over 20 charming stencil designs, our Bugs and Blossoms Wall Mural Stencil Kit is sure to delight!  This kit is complete with flowers, mushrooms, tons of bugs like grasshoppers, butterflies, caterpillars, dragonflies and more!  All of the stencils contain an adhesive on the back, making it a breeze when positioning each stencil. The only supplies you will need are a few good quality stencil brushes in different sizes, a few foam rollers and acrylic paints in the colors of your choice.

 

All designs are giant size. The dimensions for each design element is listed in the instructions.  The dimensions help you plan where each design is placed. The largest flowers are 36 inches tall.  The mushrooms are 14 inches tall and the insects range from 7.5 inches (grasshopper) all the way up to 13 inches (caterpillar). What little girl would not love 36 inch tall flowers adorning her walls AND what if you could make the flowers in favorite colors?  With stencils, you can!

How do you apply paint to a stencil?  Just dip your stencil brush into paint, remove most of the paint on a paper towel and you are ready to stencil!  Just tap the brush in the stencil openings or swirl your brush instead.   It is THAT simple.  The background scene (land and sky) can be painted before you plan your mural.  Most choose green grassy rolling hills with a blue sky.  But if you prefer a pink sky with green hills, that’s fine too!!

The most fun thing about stenciling a mural is that you can choose whatever colors you prefer for any of the designs.  If your child prefers pinks and purples, use these liberally in the designs.  If instead, green, purple and yellow are the favorite colors, you can easily use these colors wherever you desire.
